The Sinclairs of Lisadian and Drumharriff, Co Armagh

Thomas Sinclair was recorded as holding 7a 1r 35p and 1a 1r 30p in the townland of Lisadian, parish of Loughgilly, in Griffith’s Valuation of 1847-1864. The land’s annual rateable value totalled £7 10s and the buildings, £3 10s.  If it was the same Thomas, he also held 7a 2r 30p in the townland of Drumharriff, rateable value £6 15s. At the Census in 1901, James Sinclair, aged 38, was a farmer in Drumharriff, and most likely Thomas’s brother.
